What is the processing time?

We are a small workshop in the heart of Czech nature and we do everything to ensure that the hoop is delivered to you in the shortest possible time. The stable order processing time is in the range of 2 - 5 days, but if there are many orders, it may be a little longer. We make each hoop by hand and in order to maintain quality, we do not want to rush anything. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

 

How can I pay?

You can pay for your order securely using payment gateway (which we prefer over other methods), or with PayPal or manually (bank transfer). We always prefer payment gateway, because it is implemented in our shop and doesn't kill us on fees.

 

Can I get a discount?

We first share all PROMO codes with the subscribers of the Hooplanet website (you can subscribe at the bottom of this page). We will reveal that customers always have something extra :).

 

Will you make me customized hoop?

We are very happy to make custom hoops. Just contact us and we will be happy to arrange a hoop with you, which will be extra, just for you. You can contact us HERE.
